The BIHL's Official Rulebook

1) The draft positions were randomly drawn, therefore do not complain about unfair drafting positions, it was possible for one team to draw every first round pick, and for one team to draw every 26th pick, however, luckily it did not happen.

2) I will have money in the BIHL (not to copy off of SDHL) every team will get $28 million

3) There is no salaries in the BIHL, or Salary Caps, the only way to lose money is to get fined for

4.) You will be fined $3million for the stuff bellow.

a) Going over the 28 player maximum and not submitting a player cut within 24 hours of a deal
b) doesn't respond to an email within 48 hours

5) We will be using NHL '98 for the Computer.

6) All teams must have a minimum of 18 Skaters but no more than 25 Skaters and 2-3 Goalies

7) You Can Only Dress 18 Players Per Game

8) You should try to submit lines....
a) at the beginning of the season
b) after a trade with another team
c) after signing or releasing a player
d) an injury
e) a suspension

9) Your lines must consist of.... -4 Forward Lines which contain (1 LW, 1 C, 1 RW)
-3 Defensive Pairings which contain (1 LD and 1 RD)
-2 Power Play Lines which contain (1 LW, 1 C, 1 RW, 1 LD, 1 RD)
-2 PowerPlay Lines which contain (1 LW, 1 C, 1 LD, 1 RD)
-2 Penalty Killing Lines which contain (1 LW, 1 C, 1 LD, 1 RD)
-2 Penalty Killing Lines which contain (1 C, 1 LD, 1 RD)
-2 Extra Attackers
-1 Starting Goalie and 1 Backup Goalie
